Achievement can be measured in many ways... graduations, promotions, finish lines, etc. These all are "big" accomplishments to me. I live for the "little" achievements right now... and we just hit one... ALL OUR KIDS ARE OUT OF DIAPERS!! Woohoo!!! At times I didn't think we were ever going to get there. But, Karlie has completed her training and has successfully moved on to underpants :) ! It took her the longest to get there... wait - I thought girls were the easiest to train?!? Guess not always. If I've learned anything from being a parent, it's that EVERY child is different. From personality to preferences, all 3 of our kids are unique. I can't help but stop myself and marvel at just how WONDERFUL God is. He's given us 3 beautiful and uniquely created kids that amaze me so much :) Anyways, back to potty training... for those of you reading this blog and looking at your toddler who's struggling to finish their "training" ... hang in there, it will happen and it's their own unique race...
